The NGO "RAT (GTF)", which promotes GTF Taekwon-Do in Russia, actively interacts with GTF Taekwon-Do federations from other countries. The GTF Taekwon-Do federations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Moldova, the Republic of Bulgaria, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Norway, Germany, Ethiopia, Malaysia, and several other countries participate in international GTF Taekwon-Do competitions, organize events aimed at promoting GTF Taekwon-Do in their respective countries and worldwide, and work towards uniting and integrating athletes, coaches, instructors, and Masters of GTF Taekwon-Do. The President of the NGO "RAT (GTF)", Khalilov Damir, is the Vice President of the European GTF Federation, which oversees the European direction of GTF Taekwon-Do. Additionally, the Chairman of the Certification and Technical Committee of the NGO RAT GTF, Master Viktor Shcherbakov, is a member of the GTF Certification and Technical Committee. The participation of Russian representatives in the work of the international federation allows for the acquisition of information and prompt responses to issues related to the development of GTF Taekwon-Do in Europe and the world, including matters concerning the formation of qualification systems, changes in competition rules for GTF Taekwon-Do, the development of programs for European and World Championships, and the calendar of sporting events.
